Emc Trading premium cars perfect experience. From the moment I contacted vince with a brief inquiry, He was responsive, Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and was honest right from the start he didn't hold back any information, Pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises, gave me the full picture, so I could make my own mind up before coming to view the car. I had good directions from vince and he was waiting for me. Well I fell for the car straight away Tesla model s. Vince and Sarah were absolutely lovely Very genuine and I recommend them. They put other dealers to shame.
Met with Vince yesterday to sell my car and must admit I really enjoyed the experience. I was not looking forward to the meeting as the last car I sold was a nightmare, the buyer was looking to reduce the price with every word he spoke.
Vince however is different. He seems a very genuine individual who has a good number of stories to tell.
Most importantly he was very professional, pointed out a few things on my car that I had not noticed ( nor ever would have without help) but was not doing so to haggle. He paid the agreed price and insisted I watch closely as he completed the paperwork on line.

I cannot fault the service from this family firm. The whole process of the purchase was easy. However, what was outstanding was the amount of care EMC put into finding the highest quality cars to sell in the first place.
